Our focus is on the annual audits of small and medium-sized financial services companies that need to comply with the German Banking Act (KWG) and related audits in accordance with the German Securities Trading Act (audits in accordance with §36 WpHG).

In addition, our range of services includes due diligence audits, formation audits, company valuations and business share valuations. We also provide these services to German public companies limited by shares (Aktiengesellschaft).
